ACI Group is the first point of contact for customers throughout all aspects of the order process. ACI Group sub-contracts all remaining elements of the chain to specialist companies, from hauliers to blenders, ensuring each company manages its individual area of specialism. ACI Group has long standing, trusted relationships with all sub-contractors and works in close partnership with them.
With a quick turn around on delivery times, ACI Group aims to deliver no later than three days after ordering, with some items available on a same day basis, at a time convenient to the customer. Customers are designated a dedicated ACI Group contact, but guarantees that all personnel are trained to respond to all enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
