ACI and REACH

ACI Group Limited is committed to meeting the requirements set out in the REACH regulations and is committed to working with our suppliers and customers to ensure continued supply of our products.
Under REACH the first process will be the pre-registration of all substances for which manufacturers, importers or downstream users have interest in existing or future applications. There is a six month window for pre-registration starting 1st June 2008 and ending 30th November 2008.
As REACH comes into effect, all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will be adjusted to comply with the new regulations. This will be a gradual process and any new MSDS issued will be in the new format however in the meantime existing MSDS remain valid.
