ACI Group nominated as a double finalist in Great British Business Awards

ACI Group Ltd (‘ACI Group’), a leading UK distributor working with some of the world’s biggest and best-known brands in the global food, pharma, industrial and road sectors, has been nominated as a double finalist in this year’s Great British Business Awards.

Following on from its finalist status in the regional Thames Valley Business & Community Awards last November, the company has been nominated as a finalist once more in the ‘Business of the Year’ category at national status.

In addition, the company’s CEO Karsten Smet, who won ‘Male Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the regional round has also been named as a finalist at national level. Last year, Karsten impressed the judges with his ambitious and forward-thinking approach to bring more opportunities to the Thames Valley region.

Karsten commented: “It is an incredible achievement to be nominated at national level and sit alongside the best of British business and entrepreneurial leadership. ACI Group and Karsten Smet were selected as finalists from more than 1,600 nominations received as part of the Business & Community awards. The awards ceremony, which is hosted by Great British Expos Ltd, will take place on 21st April 2023 at the Hilton in Reading, Berkshire.
